Happy Monday, UFG'ers!So much happening at the UFG household!
The UFG wedding extravaganza is officially on! Deposit has been put down on the venue and I said yes to the dress! Excitement abounds! All we have to do is firm up the menu and the big stuff is done - it's pretty much the best feeling in the world.
Today is week 2 at the new jobby and it's fantastic. It's going to be a lot of work, but it's a wonderful company and I couldn't be more excited!
On to today's recipe. I had to make a dessert for a 4th of July with my sister and her family and wanted to make something in my new trifle dish - and thus, UFG Banana Pudding Trifle was born! The pudding is homemade and couldn't be easier - it's dessert after all, so there are a couple of splurges, like real whipped cream, but the stuf in the can is pure chemical, and in the end, it's healthier to use all natural ingredients.
